Children and adults are encouraged to dress-up in their favorite costumes for a chance to win a gift card!
Many Ward 8 community partners, including US Coast Guard, and Friendship Public Charter School, will decorate booths under the Gateway DC pavilion creating a safe trick or treat enivorment for kids.
